Consignment Policy:
Consigners receive 40% of the final selling price. Items are kept on the floor
for approximately 12 weeks. The last 4 weeks, items are marked down 30% and the
final two weeks the item price is reduced 50%. Additional markdowns & sales on
your items can occur at any time and are at the store’s discretion.
Any unsold items will be returned to you at end of consignment or you may choose
to have us donate them to our chosen local charity.
Acceptance Policy:
There is no appointment needed. You may bring your in-season, in-style, clean
and odor free items Monday through Friday from 11am until 4 pm. We can generally
go through items while you wait, however situations may arise when we will be
unable to. If you prefer to be present, you may call ahead of time to find out
if someone will be available. We also offer a drop & run option where you leave
your items with us for 24 hours, we will go through them and call you to pick
up any items we can not use.
Purchase Return Policy:
You may return clothing items within 7 days of purchase with tags attached and itemized
store receipt for an in-store credit. Sorry, no refunds on furniture and toys, and no cash refunds. Sale items and
any items worn or used cannot be returned.
We want to only offer our valued customers the highest quality clothing, furniture, toys and equipment, so therefore, we can only accept the best of the best. Please make sure all items are clean, odor free and meet safety standards.
